Minced veal döner
Minced döner is made in the same way as the original "döner kebab". Slabs of meat made from minced veal are alternated with slices of meat, these being alternately positioned, one on top of the other, on the skewer. We suspect that this is Germany's most popular döner.
This döner is available in the following weight categories: 5 kg, 10 kg, 15 kg and then in 5 kg increments up to 120 kg.
