Right at the beginning, we quickly hit upon a concept. It was a matter of making the best döner. Taste, quality and service were to become POLAT's lofty benchmark. This is why today, as on day one, only premium meat is used to produce our high-quality POLAT döner.
Our certification as the first döner producer with EC authorisation in NRW set new quality benchmarks in the döner industry, and POLAT products proliferated in Europe. A large market for our premium products was thus tapped.
Today, we rank among the largest döner manufacturers in Europe with a superbly developed distribution network. We earn the trust of our customers through our wealth of experience and the right combination of tradition and innovation.
POLAT places particular emphasis on the selection of raw materials. Only establishments with EC authorisation which apply the HACCP concept and work in accordance with HALAL stipulations are permitted to supply to us. Absolute traceability is a precondition.
