At the beginning we had a very simple idea. We just wanted to make the best Doner Kebabs. Taste, quality and service had to set the highest standards for Polat. This is why today, like on the first day, only top-quality ingredients are used in our Polat Doner. Certification of the first Doner products with EC approval in Nordrhein-Westfalen set new quality standards, and Polat products came to Europe. A market for premium products was opened up. Polat set particular store by the selection of best-quality raw materials. Only companies with EC Certification which employ the HACCP concept are allowed to supply us. Continuous traceability is the prerequisite.
